Digits And Spikes Nail Studio does require appointments, especially Thursday-Sunday! We accommodate walk-ins when possible, but we build our schedule around appointments. We suggest calling ahead if you have not booked an appointment before the day-of.

Please note that we do require a credit card to reserve appointments; late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total cost of services booked, appointments canceled 4 hours or less of scheduled services will be charged 75% and no-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of services booked.

We know how easy it is to get behind, so please call us if you are running late for your service. We reserve the right to cancel or abbreviate appointments if you are 10 minutes late.

You will receive a text reminder as well as an email reminder 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule you may do so through the link that is provided through the reminder text or by email. Our booking system is down to the minute (meaning if your appointment is scheduled on Friday at 11AM, you have until Wednesday 11AM to reschedule through the provided link). If you fall a little past the timeframe or are having difficulties, please contact the salon at 704-480-3221. Please do not try and email us, this will not be accepted as a way to reschedule.

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you're not able to cancel within the time frame all late cancellations will be charged 50% of the original service. Any appointments canceled within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the original service. All No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the original service. If you cancel after your appointment time begins then you will be charged the same rate as a No Call/No Show. This fee is non-transferable nor refundable. DO NOT EMAIL THE SALON. This is not an acceptable way to cancel you appointment. Please call the salon at 704-480-3221 if you need help.

Late Arrival Policy:

*Timeliness is Key: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Arriving late disrupts our schedule and impacts other clients.

*Late Fees: You are considered late if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time. A late fee of $10 to $20 will be added to your service.

*No Show Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, it will be considered a no-call/no-show. In such cases, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Service Change Policy:

*Booked Services: If you decide to cancel part of your booked services upon arrival (e.g., canceling a pedicure when you booked both a manicure and pedicure), a fee of 50% of the canceled service will be charged. This is because we could have scheduled another client in that time slot.
